Wyaby Board of elders
The highest governing body of the Wyaby BibleWays Church is the Board of Elders who are responsible for all spiritual and administration governance of the church.
The Board of Elders carries out its administration governance through the Board of Directors, which receives direction from the Board of Elders to enable them to fulfill the administration function of this local church
How It Works
Section 1. The Board of shall include all Elders and Minsters or Deacons designated by the Senior Pastor of the local church as Elder-In-Training
Section 2. The Senior Pastor by virtue of his office shall be the chairman of the Board of Elders
Section 3. In order to carry on official business of the organization, a quorum of two thirds of the members of the Board of elders must be present for all organizational matters.
Section 4. The Board of Elders shall be the Last Board of Appeal and its decision shall be final, Provided the same shall not be in conflict with the Charter, Constitution, law and rules of the Bible Way Church of our Lord Jesus Christ Worldwide Incorporation
Section 5. The Board of Elders shall be empowered to fill the office of a Senior Pastor, Pastor District Elder and Elder when the respective officer is no longer capable to carry out the functions, and duties of their office.
Section 6. The Local church may ask for the assistance of a District Elder, District Bishop, Diocese Bishop and or Presiding Bishop to guide them in the time of a pulpit vacancy or other matters of Ecclesiastical discipline
